Financial Operations Manager

Representative duties

• Responsible for daily reporting.
• Meet with department heads, provide financial forecasts and analyze business targets.
• Manage and coordinate monthly financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting.
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for financial transactions and budget preparation.
• Provide back-office services, including accounts payable, collections and payroll.
• Advise the company on financial decisions.
• Work closely with the accountant and tax advisor; negotiate loan terms and monitor covenants.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a foreign equivalent.
